EVERYTHING LIST — PERSONAL USE LICENSE Copyright (c) 2026 The Local App Store. All rights reserved. This license applies to the Everything List web application, including its source code, design, text, icons and all related files (the "App"). By opening, accessing or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. 1. OWNERSHIP The App is owned by The Local App Store (the "Publisher") and is protected by copyright and other laws. The App is not open source. You receive only the rights stated below. All other rights are reserved. 2. WHAT YOU MAY DO The Publisher grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to access and use the App, through the Publisher's official website, solely to organize your own tasks for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Using the App as an individual to keep track of your own tasks, including tasks related to your own job or school, counts as personal use. 3. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO Unless the Publisher gives you prior written consent, you may not: (a) use the App for any commercial purpose, or use it in or for any business, organization or institution beyond your own personal task list as described in Section 2; (b) use the App to provide any service to others, whether paid or free, including hosting, software-as-a-service, consulting, coaching, productivity or organizing services; (c) copy, download for redistribution, reproduce, mirror, frame or re-host the App or any part of it; (d) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App, its code or its design; (e) sell, rent, lease, license, sublicense, distribute, publish or otherwise make the App or any part of it available to anyone else; (f) include the App or any part of its code in any other product, app, website or service; (g) reverse engineer, decompile or extract the App's code or design to build a similar or competing product; (h) publish the App, or any version of it, in any app store or marketplace; (i) use the App, its code or its content to train, test or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model; (j) remove, hide or change any copyright, license or ownership notice; or (k) use the Publisher's name or the "Everything List" name to promote any product or service. 4. CONSENT MUST BE IN WRITING Any permission beyond Section 2 is valid only if it is given in writing and signed (including electronically) by the Publisher. No permission is implied by the App being publicly reachable, by its code being visible in a web browser, or by the Publisher's silence or delay in enforcing these terms. 5. TERMINATION This license ends automatically, without notice, if you break any of these terms. The Publisher may also end or change this license, or stop offering the App, at any time. When the license ends, you must stop using the App and delete any copies of it you have. 6. YOUR DATA The App stores your tasks only in your own browser on your own device. The Publisher does not receive, store or back up your tasks. You are responsible for keeping your own backups using the App's export feature. 7. NO WARRANTY THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, THE PUBLISHER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, MISSED DEADLINES, LOST PROFITS OR LOST OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 9. ENFORCEMENT Any use of the App outside these terms is unauthorized and may infringe the Publisher's copyright. The Publisher may seek any remedy available by law, including an injunction, damages and recovery of legal costs where allowed. 10. GENERAL These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed only as much as needed, and the rest stays in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and the Publisher about the App and replace any earlier statements, including any statement that the App is "open source."
